Shanghai Guangcheng Group, founded in 1993, is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D of coating technology, the design, manufacturing, engineering and sales of coating equipment. In the nearly 30 years, Guangcheng has insisted on taking technology as the core company competitiveness and taken the lead in the development of China's high-end coating market. The headquarter lies in Shanghai and our company’s two production bases are located in Shanghai and Qidong (in Jiangsu Province), covering a total area of 270 mu and a total investment of nearly 500 million yuan.

Development History
Guangcheng has independently developed 15 series, more than 200 kinds of coating products and won more than 80 patents since its establishment in 1993, and has successively developed shipbuilding, power energy, industrial equipmenty, bridge steel infrastructure and other markets. Since 2014, Guangcheng has been committed to the R&D of intelligent painting robots and environmental protection equipment and has successively achieved intelligent manufacturing upgrades in aircraft & aerospace, container, railcar and other industries.

It became the largest agent of GRACO in the shipbuilding heavy anti-corrosion industry.

The electric remote-controlled air-sand separation sandblasting machine was successfully developed, which was used in special coating operations.

The double-cylinder four-gun sandblasting machine with continuously sand feeding was successfully developed, which greatly improved the sandblasting efficiency.

Jiangsu Guangcheng was established in Qidong, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 220 mu, with a total investment of nearly 500 million.

Big packaging plural-component spray system, floor shot blasting, platform hydraulic transporter and other shipping supporting equipment were developed and launched.

The trail-manufacture of five-sided intelligent painting system for railcar and the wind power tower intelligent painting system were successful.

The organic waste gas treatment unit was successfully put into operation at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding CO., LTD, opening a new chapter of environmental protection technology.

The robot automatic painting system was delivered and used in the aircraft & aerospace field, reflecting the update of intelligent coating.

The gantry spraying system was applied to railcar and the original doors and windows ASS was patented.
In 2018
The ultra-high and ultra-wide flexible door was exported to Australia.

Shenyang Liming Robot Painting Project was delivered successfully.
In 2019
It won 14 patents on organic waste gas, automatic spraying and three-dimensional operation vehicle projects.
